When we first contacted MCH, we appreciated that they were able to come survey the needed work the very next day. We met with Travis and two of their estimators. Travis explained the process of how MCH would interact with our insurance company to make the claim and repair process easy. We were very impressed and agreed to have MCH do the work.

We are very glad we did. The worst part of our process was having to deal with a difficult insurance company claims representative. The MCH estimators worked directly with the insurance company to make sure that we got all of the funds needed for repairs approved by the insurance (which, was not an easy task!). When the time for actual construction came, Travis introduced us to Mike, (another) Travis, Christian and Karissa…the team doing the actual work.
